ACSLPA Email is Not Spam
As a regulatory College, ACSLPA is required to send regulatory information to its registrants. There is no commercial content in any of ACSLPA's emails. All content is to assist you within your profession and keep you informed of regulatory matters.
The Health Professions Act (HPA) requires that regulatory colleges carry out their responsibilities in a way that protects and serves the public interest. Regulatory colleges do this by maintaining and enforcing the HPA, standards of practice and codes of ethics. Email is an outlet we use to inform regulated members about the rules and standards they must adhere to.
All regulated members must receive these emails; we recommend that you read them. If you do not wish to read them, please do not report them as spam. Instead, simply delete.
Registrants have identified email as a preferred communication method in surveys. If you are not pleased with this method of distribution of information, please contact ACSLPA to let us know how we can improve our communications with registrants.
Friendly reminder: It is always better if you use a personal email to receive ACSLPA information.
