Pre-2018 CCP Forms
|
ACSLPA will be deleting registrants’ CCP forms from 2018 or earlier. If you would like to retain any of your forms for your own purposes, please download them from the Member Login Area by December 8, 2024. ACSLPA does not require that you retain these forms. Contact the office if you have any questions, or you would like assistance downloading your forms.

NEW: Pre-authorized Debit
You may choose to sign up now or later for ACSLPA's pre-authorized debit plan (PAD). If you sign up by January 9, 2025, you will pay your 2026 registration and practice permit fees monthly between January and October 2025, and you will not need to pay in November and December 2025 during the holiday season.
To sign up, click on 'Signup for PAD' in the left menu in the Member Login Area.

Key College Documents
With the recent publication of the Alberta Information and Privacy Commissioner's 2023-24 Annual Report, it's a good time to review Standard of Practice 4.3, particularly requirements around:

- accessing information only as needed and in compliance with relevant legislation; and
- taking action to prevent abandonment of records (e.g., when closing a practice).
