The Health Professions Act, RSA 2000 cH-7 s33 (3-4) requires that regulated members provide personal and employment information upon application and immediately when there is a change to that information.
Changes to your contact information, including employment details, can be made online. Go to the Member Login area of the ACSLPA website.

A change of name is also completed through the Member login area, under the ‘My profile’ tab. A copy of official documentation providing proof of the change must be uploaded. Acceptable documents include government-issued marriage certificate, name change document from Vital Statistics, or a certificate of divorce. A driver’s license is not acceptable as official documentation.

Ad Hoc Committee on OTC Hearing Aids

ACSLPA will be forming a temporary ad hoc committee to provide input to the College on the need for updating or adding to ACSLPA's existing Key College Documents to provide additional guidance and requirements around OTC hearing aids.
