- Over 90% of newly renewed members were very happy with the instructions.
- Over 80% found it easy to navigate CCP in the online portal.
- Members highly recommend viewing the CCP videos, looking at the example CCP forms and submissions, and using the other CCP resources available on the CCP webpage!

- The next drop-in virtual CCP Q&A sessions will be on Tuesday, November 1. The session will run during the lunch hour, noon until 1pm. There are also other sessions scheduled, check out the CCP page for dates. Save this link to join any of the sessions.
