Professional Liability Insurance
(PLI) Review

Regulated members with a practice permit are required to hold their own PLI policy which has, at minimum: $2,000,000.00 coverage per occurrence and an extended discovery and reporting period of two years.
In the coming months, ACSLPA will be reviewing regulated members' PLI information to ensure the above requirements are met. If you are contacted by our staff, please know this is a process we are undergoing to ensure that all regulated members have appropriate insurance. If you have any questions, please contact Susan Kraft at registration@acslpa.ca.
