Apraxia speech camp
Pathways Pediatrics 130, 7220 Fisher Street SE, Calgary, AlbertaJuly 13-17, 2020 - afternoon session from 1-4pm Each camper will participate in both small and large group activities designed to improve communication, attention, social interaction, fine and gross motor skills. Campers will have the opportunity to practice skills with similarly aged peers. Children with the following diagnosis may attend: CAS, mild, moderate or severe phonological disorder, dysarthria, suspected CAS, motor speech disorder unspecified.
Language & Literacy Speech Camp
Pathways Pediatrics 130, 7220 Fisher Street SE, Calgary, AlbertaJoin us for our language and literacy speech camp July 20-24. Each camper will participate in both small and large group activities designed to improve communication, attention, social interaction, fine and gross motor skills. Campers will have the opportunity to practice skills with similar-aged peers. Social communication and literacy skills will be practiced within groups. Campers must be able to say a minimum of 20 words, follow simple routine directions and be able to sit and attend to a story for approximately 5 minutes. Children who are not toilet trained or are non-verbal may attend camp with an assistant.

Virtual Alberta Aphasia Camp (Sept 18 & 19, 2021)
Virtual Course via Zoom , CanadaThe Alberta Aphasia Camp is holding their 8th annual camp on September 18 - 19, 2021. We will again gather together on-line using Zoom as our platform. Alberta Aphasia Camp is targeted at adults who are living with aphasia - both people with aphasia and family/friends. Campers will get to choose from activities, which are recreational (e.g., BINGO, dance, karaoke, games, movie appreciation, painting, etc) and therapeutic (e.g., conversation groups, stretching, yoga, stress management, therapy apps, etc).
