The Honours of the College Award is presented to a regulated SLP or audiologist who has made a significant contribution to the professions of speech-language pathology or audiology in clinical practice, research/evaluation, mentorship/supervision, teaching, administration and/or service to ACSLPA. Nominees demonstrate distinguished and dedicated service to their profession.
Re-submission of a previous nomination is welcome – after all, only one recipient is chosen each year though many worthy nominations are received.
Deadline: July 24, 2020
The nominee must be an audiologist or speech-language pathologist in good standing with ACSLPA. Previous nominees who were not selected to receive the award can be re-nominated.
Nominator and Sponsors
Nominations require one nominator and two sponsors. At least two of these three individuals must be audiologists or speech-language pathologists on the ACSLPA General Register. The third individual may be a non-member (e.g., member of the public, employer/supervisor).
