In addition to completing self-assessment, annual goal setting and goal reflection, regulated members are required to complete one of the following external feedback options every three years:
- Case review
- Peer feedback
- Guideline/Document review
Participation in the CCP is optional for members who do not hold “Registered” membership status for any part of the year. For new “Registered” ACSLPA members, or regulated members changing their membership status from “Non-Practicing” to “Registered”, completion of one of three external feedback options is required by the time of their third renewal as a registered member.
For additional information regarding external feedback requirements please also see the Tips for Completing your External Feedback Option to Support Learning and For SLPs and Audiologists – CCP Frequently Asked Questions.
Starting with renewal for 2020 (i.e. in fall of 2019), external feedback is tied to renewal and must be completed before you are able to pay your fees.
It’s easiest if you complete your external feedback before you start your renewal.
External feedback is found under the “my learning” tab of the member portal – it’s now attached to your goal(s). You’ll be able to select which type of external feedback and which goal you’d like to complete it on.
