The Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA) has developed this Patient Relations Course to assist regulated members to become aware of, and thoroughly knowledgeable with, acceptable professional conduct and behaviours or actions that constitute unprofessional conduct.

This Jurisprudence course consists of five modules. Each module includes a variety of learning activities to meet different learning styles. You may choose to view the narrated video presentations, listen to the podcasts, or read the eBooks or downloadable written materials. Learning will also be enhanced through completion of module quizzes and interactive learning activities. Please note that you are also required to be aware of the contents of key documents referred to in the modules. These include the ACSLPA Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics.
