Association Membership Opportunities

With legislative changes requiring regulatory colleges to divest of any association-like activities mentioned in the November Insights, consider the following association membership opportunities:
  • Audiologists - Please be informed that the Alberta Association of Audiologists (AAofA) is now active. The direction of AAofA is determined by its members as the Association strives to support and advocate for the audiology profession
    in Alberta.

  • Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists – Speech-Language and Audiology Canada (SAC) has established a dedicated staff position in Alberta focused on provincial advocacy. This dedicated staff presence is to build connections with provincial decision makers and develop targeted resources to support SAC members in their own grassroots advocacy.
