2022 Renewal - NOW OPEN

Before you start your renewal ...

If you are using an employer email address to log into the ACSLPA member portal, please change to using a personal email address. ACSLPA has been informed that due to changes to some employers' email filers, many of our members are not receiving important regulatory information, such as notifications about changes to required Standards of Practice and renewal notices. Please pass this information onto colleagues in case they have not been receiving email from ACSLPA.

Click here for the 6 easy steps to change your email BEFORE you start or AFTER you finish your renewal. It is not possible to change your email address during renewal.
ACSLPA's online renewal system is open for 2022 Registration Renewals - renew by December 1 to avoid an administration fee.

NEW: Renewal Video now available.

Changes to ACSLPA Website and Sharing Research

With the recent changes to the HPA, ACSLPA will need to make the following adjustments in January 2022:
  • discontinue the online Employment job board;
  • discontinue the non-ACSLPA events section on the ACSLPA website; and
  • discontinue sharing clinical research opportunities through our
    e-communications.

Anti-Racism and Anti-Discrimination Advisory
(ARADA) Committee

What is Cultural Safety? Health care workers can practice cultural safety by acknowledging and addressing the power imbalance inherent in the delivery of clinical services to culturally and linguistically diverse clients. When cultural safety is implemented in a clinical environment it makes it possible to deliver services free of racism and discrimination and help clients feel safe when receiving care (First Nations Health Authority, n.d.).
