General Description

ACSLPA is seeking an experienced audiologist to serve as a professional peer interviewer. Interviewers play an integral part in ensuring the accuracy and fairness of the overall assessment process.

Peer interviewers complete confidential phone interviews with registrants to follow up on their CCP submissions. The scope of the interview is to discuss the CCP submission, obtain more information on the submission, provide feedback, and evaluate the need for referral to the assessment phase of the program.

All training relevant to the interview process will be provided by ACSLPA. Interviewers are remunerated for both their training and interview time.

Note: the interview phase of the CCP is intended to be positive, supportive, and rehabilitative in nature.

Interviewers may have the opportunity to provide some mentorship as appropriate during the interview.
  • Interviews are confidential, conducted via telephone in a secure location of your choice, each taking no longer than one (1) hour. Any real or perceived conflicts of interest regarding interviewers and registrants to be interviewed will be managed prior to scheduling.
