The College is committed to public transparency by publishing notices of upcoming hearings or, as applicable, appeals. Pursuant to the Health Professions Act (HPA), a hearing is open to the public unless the Hearing Tribunal orders that the hearing, or a portion of the hearing, is closed.
If you wish to attend an upcoming hearing, please submit a request through Contact ACSLPA and choose ‘Hearings Director’ at least five (5) business days before the date of the hearing. Please note that this page, and any posted notices, are subject to change. Additionally, certain information may be redacted from notices in accordance with the HPA, including but not limited to health or personal information.
