Competence Committee
ACSLPA’s Competence Committee is looking for dedicated SLPs and audiologists to join the team. If you are passionate about supporting and contributing to your profession, this committee might be the right fit for you. We are seeking one Audiologist and one Speech-Language Pathologist to join the committee
What can I expect?
On the Competence Committee you will assist with:
- Performing annual audits of members’ CCP submissions.
- Providing recommendations to the Council on continuing competence requirements, the CCP, and the assessment of competence requirements.
- Supporting the ongoing development and improvement of the Continuing Competence Program.
- Establishing or adopting any policies and processes necessary to fulfill the mandate of the Continuing Competence Committee.
Honourarium
ACSLPA provides honourariums for attendance at meetings and orientation.
