The Regulated Member and the College entered into a Disciplinary Complaint Resolution Agreement in May 2025.

The Regulated Member agreed that she engaged in unprofessional conduct while working for a not-for-profit organization as a SLP, in that:

  1. Between August 2023 – April 2024, the Regulated Member failed to accurately interpret and/or document results and data from assessments for multiple child patients; and
  2. Between August 2023 – April 2024, the Regulated Member failed to accurately report speech related diagnoses in clinical reports for multiple child patients.

The conduct admitted to in the DCRA arises from one complaint. The Regulated Member agreed to provide a self-reflective paper on the assessment and clinical rationale, including areas and goals of improvement. The Regulated Member must also complete a period of four (4) months of monitoring and mentorship in her employment setting, including undergoing audits of her assessments, commencing in September 2025.
