
SUMMARY OF DISCIPLINARY COMPLAINT RESOLUTION AGREEMENT

The Regulated Member and the College entered into a Disciplinary Complaint Resolution Agreement in September 2025.
The Regulated Member agreed that she engaged in unprofessional conduct while working for a community health organization as a speech-language pathologist, in that:
- Between 2020-2024, the Regulated Member failed to maintain appropriate professional boundaries with:
a. Patient 1’s family member;
b. Patient 2. - Between 2014-2024, the Regulated Member failed to adequately supervise an SLP assistant for four patients who were under their care as a SLP, including that the Regulated Member did not adequately review or adjust goals for the four patients.
The conduct admitted to in the DCRA arises from one complaint. The Regulated Member agreed to retire permanently from the profession of speech-language pathology and she no longer holds an active practice permit as a speech-language pathologist.
