The Regulated Member and the College entered into a Disciplinary Complaint Resolution Agreement on March 5, 2026.
The Regulated Member agreed that between February 4, 2025 and November 24, 2025, she engaged in unprofessional conduct in that she held herself out as having an active practice permit as a speech-language pathologist and worked on a casual basis when her practice permit was cancelled due to non-renewal.
The conduct admitted to in the DCRA arises from one complaint. The Regulated Member agreed to pay a fine of $1,000.00 to the College and complete a self-reflection paper.
