The Regulated Member and the College entered into a Disciplinary Complaint Resolution Agreement on June 22, 2026.
The Regulated Member agreed that:
a. Between November 2024 and January 2025, the Regulated Member commented on medical diagnoses and/or aspects of a child client’s IPP that were outside of their role or scope of practice as a SLP; and
b. In November 2024, the Regulated Member did not adequately clarify her role and relationship to a client in an initial written communication with one third-party organization.
The conduct admitted to in the DCRA arises from one complaint. The Regulated Member agreed to complete recommended coursework and write a self-reflective essay.
