- Caseload assignment
- Shadowing clinicians
- Briefing, reflecting, and debriefing after observations
- File review by supervisee
- Collaborative sessions with clients
- Case simulations to work on specific skills
- Observation of unique/complex cases
- Direct and indirect observation of sessions led independently by supervisee
- Post-session debriefings
- Review of documentation completed by the supervisee (chart notes, reports)
- Case presentations by supervisee
Duration of each stage will be dependent on supervisee’s level of readiness, prior experience, etc.
