The Regulated Member and the College entered into a Disciplinary Complaint Resolution Agreement on May 7, 2024.
The Regulated Member agreed that from January 1, 2024 to January 23, 2024, she engaged in unprofessional conduct in that she:
- Failed to ensure she had an active practice permit prior to practicing as a speech
language pathologist, in breach of the HPA; and - Failed to ensure she could practice while suspended by ACSLPA.
The conduct admitted to in the DCRA arises from one complaint. The Regulated Member agreed to serve a two week consecutive suspension and pay a fine of $900 to the College.
