The Regulated Member and the College entered into a Disciplinary Complaint Resolution Agreement on December 31, 2023. The Regulated Member agreed that from October 10, 2023 to October 30, 2023, she engaged in unprofessional conduct in that she:
- Failed to ensure declarations she made on her practice permit application were true, prior to submitting it to the College; and
- Failed to ensure she had an active practice permit, prior to practicing as a SLP.
The conduct admitted to in the DCRA arises from one complaint. The Regulated Member agreed to pay a fine of $400 to the College.
